REQUESTING A FACILITY DOG FOR EVENTS
In the event you or your department would like to request a facility dog to attend a special event, please complete the following online submission. Due to high demand, submissions must be made at least 4 weeks prior to your event. A member of the PD Start Team will contact the event organizer and develop a plan for the event.
