UCONN STAMFORD CAMPUS
The UConn Stamford Campus was opened in January of 1998. Prior to that, the campus building housed a Bloomingdales department store which was completely dismantled and transformed into the present-day UConn Stamford Campus. The Stamford Campus is approximately 225,000 square feet and houses classrooms, labs, a café, UConn Co-Op, and administrative offices.

UCONN POLICE AT THE STAMFORD CAMPUS
The Stamford regional Campus Police Substation is located on the first floor of 1 University Place, Room 142. The Police Substation is manned by UConn Police Officers 24/7 and Buildings and Grounds Security Officers from 7am to 11pm, 365 days a year.
PARKING
Parking Decals for the Stamford Campus are handled by Parking Services in Storrs, Ct. Parking services can be reached by contacting Lynn Garvais or Olga Mehrhoff at 860-486-4930 or parkingservices@Uconn.edu.
UCONN Stamford Campus Faculty, Staff, and Visitors should park in the parking lot at 1194 Washington Boulevard. PayByPhone parking capacity is also available in the UConn lot located at 1194 Washington Boulevard. For details, visit Parking Services.
FINGERPRINTING
Fingerprinting is done at the Stamford Police Substation at the request of professors for certain courses offered at the Stamford Campus where background checks are required.
